In addition, green tea also has an antibiotic effect and influenza and prevent heart disease by reducing blood pressure.

And that’s not all … You can also give tea to children: Although tea contains 20 mg of caffeine per 100 ml. But many foods contain caffeine, such as chocolate. It is generally accepted that the maximum amount of caffeine recommended for children is:

– 45 mg per day for children aged 4 to 6 years
– 62.5 mg per day for 7-9 years
– 85 mg per day for 10 to 12 years.

You should also know that a can of cola contains about 45 mg of caffeine energy drink that contains about 80 mg and a bar of chocolate contains 10 mg. We thus see that a cup of green tea contains less caffeine than cola …
